Noel began his career with Boston Partners in 1995. Since that time, he has been dedicated to assisting families, businesses and professional individuals develop and achieve their unique financial goals.
Throughout his career, Noel has been recognized for his accomplishments and dedication to his clients. Noel is a multi-year Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). MDRT is an international, independent association of financial professionals comprised of Life Insurance and Financial Service professionals who strive to serve their clients with exemplary performance and the highest of standards and ethics. He is also a perennial John Hancock ACE conference qualifier. Qualifying for ACE puts Noel among “the best of the best” in the John Hancock Financial Network.
Noel graduated from Bentley University with a BS in Finance. He earned his Long-Term Care Certificate from the Corporation for Long-Term Care, Financial Planning Certificate from Kaplan University further being awarded the designations of Certified Financial Planner™ from the CFP® Board of Standards, Chartered Financial Consultant ChFC® from The American College, Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF® from FI360. Noel also is a Massachusetts Notary Public.

Noel’s mission is to help his clients accumulate, enjoy, protect and distribute their wealth in the most tax-advantaged ways possible. He assists his clients prioritize their most important financial goals by listening to their needs and desires for the future. Based on these needs, he tailors specific financial strategies for each client.
Through his affiliation with Boston Partners, Noel’s area of expertise is in the 401(k), DC consulting and retirement plan marketplace. Noel has access to John Hancock products and services as well as a variety of other high quality companies. Services include Retirement Plan Benchmarking and Analysis, Estate Planning Strategies, Portfolio Building, Disability Income Insurance, Long term Care insurance, Asset Protection, Survivorship Protection and College Funding.
Noel currently resides in Chelmsford, Massachusetts with his wife Angela their two sons Gianpaolo and Luciano. Noel enjoys boating, skiing, golfing and spending time with family and friends. Noel also coaches baseball and football in the Chelmsford town leagues.

Eric began his career in 2010, when he became a full-time representative at Boston Partners Financial Group, LLC. Since then he has been assisting families, individuals, and small businesses achieve their unique financial goals by providing personal and innovative financial solutions.
Eric graduated from Bentley University with a major in Finance and a minor in Law. After graduating college, Eric earned his Series 6, 63, Accident, Life & Health Insurance licenses.
As an representative at Boston Partners Financial Group, LLC, a member of the John Hancock Financial Network, Eric has a great working relationship with John Hancock, as well as, many other leading insurance and investment providers. Together with a network of financial planners, financial analysts, accountants, and attorneys, he helps his clients create an actionable strategy to obtain and preserve the things most important to them. He is able to do this through open communication, honesty, and trust.
Eric was raised in Salisbury, MA and currently resides in Amesbury, MA with his wife Bridget. He is an avid fan of Boston sports and enjoys playing hockey, and lacrosse. In his spare time, Eric enjoys boating and spending time with his friends and family.

Jim’s experience and dedication to his profession has earned him many awards. Jim has earned Signator’s honor “Achieving Client Excellence” (ACE) multiple times throughout his career. ACE is a qualification unique to the Signator Investor’s, Inc. that acknowledges the top 250 financial representatives in its national network of financial professionals These representatives receive the ACE award for client excellence, personal ethics and integrity, and the ability to solve clients’ financial needs. John Hancock has also acknowledged Jim’s unique leadership abilities with various sales, leadership and management awards over the years.
Jim graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation (AIF), his Long-Term Care Certificate from the Corporation for Long-Term Care (CLTC) and is a Life Underwriting Training Course Fellow (LUTCF).
He is the past President of the Methuen, MA- Salem, NH Rotary Club where he has helped provide both financial and essential resources to less fortunate communities locally, in the Dominican Republic and India. He is a member of UNICO, the largest Italian-American Service Organization in the United States, supporting charities, youth organizations and scholarships. He is also a member of the Middlesex BNI group and NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
Jim’s mission is to provide the leadership to help his clients achieve their financial goals with wisdom and motivation. He is an advocate for each of his client’s unique financial goals. His consultative and strategic approach to advising his clients leaves them feeling confident that a financial strategy has been developed that aligns their goals with a plan of action.

Jim is from Melrose, Massachusetts and currently resides in North Andover, Massachusetts. Jim is an avid outdoorsman and is a member of both the Danvers and Melrose Fish and Game clubs.
